Passionfruit Floral Cheesecake

Passionfruit are at their peak during the Autumn months, the ideal time to gather and enjoy as many as you can. Count yourself lucky if you know someone with an abundant vine.

This classic baked cheesecake is laced with fresh passionfruit, a top a gingery crust to give a perfect contrast. Finished with a gelee layer of passionfruit juice and a flurry of freeze dried flowers and cream. A delectable finish to any meal or celebration.

Serves 10 - 12

Orders require three days notice. For example orders placed by 6pm Tuesdays ensure delivery either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. Local delivery Adelaide and environs. Cake will require refrigeration overnight if for following day. Made to order, limited weekly numbers.
